The Challenge: Protecting Business-Critical Legal and Financial Processes
The Aderant Expert implementation involved multiple modules, complex integrations and workflows supporting essential operations such as:

The firm required comprehensive system, integration, end-to-end, acceptance and performance testing before introducing the platform into production.

The team also validated 17 integrations to confirm that information moved accurately and reliably between Aderant Expert and connected applications. Testing extended beyond individual system components to verify complete workflows across business functions.
Every defect identified during testing was recorded, tracked and retested after remediation. This disciplined process enabled the client to begin User Acceptance Testing with all previously discovered defects resolved.
OpenText LoadRunner was used to simulate concurrent users working with Expert OTG Time and Expert WIP Aware. The tests assessed responsiveness, stability and the ability of the client’s infrastructure to support expected production workloads.
