A cornerstone of our social impact efforts has been improving vision health and access to care for underprivileged communities. Prolifics partnered with L V Prasad Eye Institute in Hyderabad to support free medical care and sight-restoring surgeries for those with vision impairments. Through this initiative:
134 individuals received complex eye surgeries at no cost
38,000+ people accessed free, comprehensive eye examinations
Support included surgical treatments for glaucoma, retina challenges, corneal injuries and transplants
Our efforts helped prevent blindness and opened doors to education, employment, and enhanced quality of life for many individuals.

To help bridge the digital divide, we are launching an initiative focused on expanding access to technology education in underserved communities. This program aims to empower thousands of students through improved access, digital skills development, and opportunities that support long-term growth and inclusion.
Sustainability Through Employee-Led Mentorship
Beyond infrastructure, Prolifics will run a structured Teacher Training & Mentorship Program, strengthening teachers’ confidence to run tech-enabled lessons independently and keeping ICT labs active year-round. Volunteers (across Engineering, QA, Cloud, Data, AI/ML) contribute 3 hours on weekends, with rotating cohorts to ensure consistent support without overburdening any one team.
