Quality Engineering at the Speed of AI
Software delivery is changing faster than the systems used to assure it. AI is generating code, shaping workflows, and accelerating release cycles. The question is no longer whether Quality Engineering will use AI, but how people and agents should work together to deliver value without sacrificing trust, control, or accountability.
Meet Prolifics at STARWEST 2026 to explore practical approaches to AI-powered Quality Engineering. Our leaders will share what we are learning from enterprise implementations across financial services, legal, higher education, SAP environments, and pharma – including where agent-led testing is creating measurable efficiency and where human judgment remains essential.
Whether you are modernizing an established testing practice, scaling automation, validating AI-enabled systems, or preparing your teams for agentic delivery, we can help you turn quality into a measurable business advantage.
People + Agents in Real World Quality Engineering
Lessons from Finance, Legal, Higher Education, SAP, and Pharma
Five industries. Different operating models, regulations, and technology estates. One fundamental shift: what happens when AI agents become part of the software delivery and Quality Engineering team?
Prolifics leaders will move beyond theory to share lessons from real enterprise implementations. The discussion will examine how our Quality Fusion and agent-based capabilities are changing testing in financial services, how AI is being applied across legal and higher education, how AI is reshaping quality engineering for packaged SAP estates, and what we are learning from introducing AI into quality engineering at scale within pharma.
The panel will compare what has worked, what has not, and where measurable efficiencies are emerging. It will also address the questions that matter when AI agents move into live delivery environments: Where should agents take over? Where is human judgment essential? How do quality engineering roles, operating models, and the software development lifecycle need to change when people and agents deliver together?
What You Will Learn
Where AI agents can create measurable value across the Quality Engineering lifecycle.
How organizations are applying agent-led testing in regulated and complex enterprise environments.
Which decisions still require human expertise, oversight, and accountability.
How roles, skills, governance, and operating models evolve when people and agents work together.
Practical lessons from finance, legal, higher education, SAP, and pharma implementations.
How to move from isolated AI experiments to governed, repeatable Quality Engineering at scale.
